1. Introduction: Welcome to Vulipo Pty Ltd, an online platform for ordering services such as dog walking, house cleaning, car washing, and more. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Service Description: Vulipo Pty Ltd provides an online platform for customers to order various services such as dog walking, house cleaning, car washing, and more. We do not provide the services ourselves, but instead connect customers with third-party service providers who will perform the services. We do not guarantee the quality or availability of the services provided by these third-party service providers.
3. Payment and Cancellation: Customers will be charged for the services ordered through our website at the time of booking. We accept payment through various methods such as credit card, debit card, cash and EFT. Any cancellation or rescheduling of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the customer will be charged for the full service.
4. Service Provider Selection: Vulipo Pty Ltd reserves the right to select the service provider for the customer’s order. We will make every effort to match customers with service providers who have the necessary qualifications, experience, and availability to perform the service.
5. Warranty and Liability: Vulipo Pty Ltd does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the services provided by the third-party service providers. We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to, any damages or losses resulting from the services provided by the third-party service providers.
6. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including but not limited to, text, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our website or services will be governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of The Republic of South Africa.

15. Termination: Vulipo Pty Ltd may terminate its agreement with the customer or service provider at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. The customer or service provider may also terminate their agreement with the company by providing written notice to Vulipo Pty Ltd.

Confidentiality: The customer and service provider agree to keep all confidential information provided by Vulipo Pty Ltd, including but not limited to, business plans, financial information, and customer data, strictly confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the company.
17. Governing Language: All communications between the parties will be conducted in English and any notice required or permitted under these terms and conditions shall be in writing and in English.
18. Limitation of Liability: The liability of Vulipo Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, and employees, for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or services, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the customer or service provider to the company.
19. Non-compete and Non-solicitation: The customer and service provider agree that for a period of 12 months after termination of this agreement, they will not compete with Vulipo Pty Ltd or solicit its customers for any services similar to those provided by the company.
20. Assignment: The customer or service provider may not assign their rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of Vulipo Pty Ltd.
21. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
22. Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.
